As a distribution network operator, CE Electric is responsible for the safe, secure and cost-effective delivery of electricity to its customers.
To do this, we:

Invest around £220 million a year to improve and develop our network.

Provide customers with new connections to the network. These can range from moving a single domestic supply to providing connections for new housing or commercial developments.

Maintain our network to a high standard.
Unfortunately, interruptions to your supply may occur for a number of reasons. Our aim is to restore your supply as quickly as possible. To do this, we:

Aim to provide a high level of customer service through our unified call centre and direct contact with our customers.

Continue to innovate to reduce the number of those affected and the duration of the interruption as fast as possible.
