Bills and Meters

We look after  the electricity distribution network which consists of overhead and underground electricity cables and the substations in the streets.  We are not an electricity or gas supplier. Your electricity supplier bills you for your electricity and is responsible for your meter. It also operates a range of services for the elderly and disabled through its Priority Services Register.

If you have an enquiry about your bill, your meter or your supplier's Priority Services, or if you are moving house, please contact your electricity supplier. Contact details can be found on your latest electricity bill.

If you have just moved house or you are unsure who the current supplier is, please contact our MPAS service, who will provide you with the details you require.
