As part of our commitment to providing a safe and reliable electricity supply to our customers, we offer the following range of engineering services:

• maintaining and tidying substation grounds
• trimming trees near power lines
• shrouding low voltage overhead power lines to allow roofers or other workers to work safely near them
• letting you know who your electricity supplier is

Putting the safety of our customers and the public is a top priority for us. If you see any tree branches that may be causing damage to our overhead cables or any substation fences that may allow open access to the public please report this to our emergency telephone numbers and we will respond more quickly. Always remember that our danger of death signs mean what they say so if you’re in any doubt report the problem to us.
