Terms of Supply

By entering into a contract with your electricity supplier (the company that sends you electricity bills) for the supply of electricity, you are also entering into an agreement with your electricity network operator for connection to and use of the electricity network to deliver electricity to you.   The terms of this agreement have now been standardised throughout the country.
